  We have a large database of seafarers well-trained from Mess men up to Captain. All of them have extensive work experience on different type of vessels and flags. They also have Certificates issued in conformity.

All Officers – highly trained officers graduates of Merchant Marine Academy – Constanta, can speak, read and write English, solid experience in all navigational electronic and computerized equipment too. All ratings are graduates of the Marine College.

All seafarers possess PASS, SB, LICENCE, CERTIFICATES / C.O.C. and up date Y.B.

Our Agency can put the required seamen papers in order for entry to any country.  

Before being enrolled, the Employee will have to submit to a D/A test and Medical check-up conducted by a doctor appointed by the Agency. Only seafarers in possession of a “FIT FOR DUTY” declaration signed by the doctor will be considered suitable for enrolment.  The STAR SHIPPING AGENCY keeps track of National and International requirements connected with seafarer’s certification and training with particular to STCW95, SOLAS, ISM CODE and monitors licensing and special qualifications at the IMO seafarer’s training center.
